Pricing & Billing

Is there really no setup fee?
None at all. Your first month is completely free and there is no setup cost. Pick a plan, start using it, and only pay if you want to keep going.
Do you take a commission on my bookings?
Absolutely not. Zero commission. Zero percentage. Your bookings are your bookings. The monthly fee is the only thing you pay.
What happens after my free month?
Your chosen plan continues at the listed monthly price. You will receive a reminder before your first payment is taken. Cancel before the trial ends and you will not be charged a penny.
Are there any hidden costs?
No hidden costs. The only additional charge is SMS messages at 10p per message if your plan includes SMS features like Fill My Diary or appointment reminders. Everything else is included in your monthly price.
Can I upgrade or downgrade my plan?
Yes, switch plans at any time. Upgrades take effect immediately. Downgrades apply at the next billing cycle.
What if I want to cancel?
Cancel anytime from your dashboard. No contracts, no cancellation fees, no awkward phone calls. We keep things simple.

Plans & Features

What is the difference between the plans?
Web gives you a professionally built website with a blog and simple backend. Booking adds a full online booking system with calendar sync. Suite is the complete platform — CRM, unlimited staff, Fill My Diary SMS campaigns, kiosk mode, digital grooming records, referral programme, and no restrictions on staff or services.
Is there a limit on staff or services?
No. On Suite plans, add as many staff members and services as you need. The price stays the same.
What is Fill My Diary?
Smart SMS marketing built into Suite plans. Set your criteria, preview the client list, and send personalised discount codes to every pet that is overdue for a visit. Bookings fill up while you carry on working.
Do you support mobile groomers as well as salons?
Yes. We have a dedicated platform for mobile groomers with live tracking, route optimisation, zonal booking by postcode, running late cascades, and HMRC mileage auto-calculation. It is a completely separate system built specifically for life on the road.
What is kiosk mode?
Lock a tablet to your salon's check-in screen. Staff log in with a PIN, clients check in on arrival, and everyone sees the day's schedule at a glance. Available on Suite plans.

Getting Started

Can I try it before I buy?
Yes. Every service type has a live, fully working demo you can explore right now. No sign-up required. Plus your first month is free on every plan.
How long does setup take?
We build your platform and have it ready within days. You tell us about your business, we set everything up, and you are live before the week is out.
Do I need to be technical?
Not at all. If you can use a smartphone, you can use Delicia Pro. The backend is designed to be simple and intuitive. And if you get stuck, we are a message away.
Do I own my data?
Yes. Your data is yours. If you ever leave, we will export everything for you — client records, booking history, the lot. No hostage situations.
Can I request new features?
Absolutely. We have a public feature request board where you can submit ideas and track progress. We build what our clients actually need, and we do it fast.
Do you work with businesses outside the UK?
We are currently focused on UK pet businesses. International support is on our roadmap.
